Mark Hill is a co-founder of Chill Services, LLC, a privately owned, global management practice with over 28 years experience in visionary leadership, business process optimization through innovative technology, and business development for start-up ventures, early stage companies and small businesses. Prior to founding Chill Services, LLC, Mark was co-founder, Chief Operating/Technology Officer and President of PayCenters LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Site Equities International).  PayCenters enabled online bill payment, money transfers and other automated financial services on a kiosk platform for the under-banked population.  

Barbara Hill is a co-founder of Chill Services, LLC, and has been a guiding force in the success of Chill Services.  For over 16 years, Barbara built a successful track record in business development, marketing strategy and sales planning/execution.  Additionally, she is profiecient in organizational design and leadership.  Barbara has worked in sales and service roles in a variety of industries, primarily technology.  Barbara's experience ranges from account representative, to manager, to director for small and large teams locally and worldwide. Barbara has a great track record for successfully meeting and exceeding sales and service performance metrics throughout her career.    

Barbara J. Gardner is a senior partner and corporate counsel for Chill Services. Barbara graduated first in her class from South Texas College of Law in 1981, and she has built a career as a leading employment law attorney. Ms. Gardner was a partner of Mandell & Wright in the 1980's and 1990's before moving to Kansas City where she was a member of the Popham Law Firm, a nationally known employment law firm. Ms. Gardner also taught trial advocacy to third-year law students at the University of Houston Law School 1991- 1994 before moving to Kansas City. Ms. Gardner rejoined Mandell & Wright in January 2004, and in July 2004 she was one of the founding principals of TUCKER, VAUGHAN, GARDNER & BARNES.  In 2007, Ms. Gardner was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (Employment Law for Individuals), and also one of Texas's "Super Lawyers" in Texas Monthly.
